Terms & Conditions

By booking a party with The Putty Lab, you agree to these terms. Bookings are confirmed once your deposit has been received and you have provided accurate details about your event, including guest count, age range and venue address.

All guests must be at least 5 years old. A responsible adult must be present and supervising children for the full duration of the party.

We provide all materials, equipment and clean up. Please ensure we have safe, reasonable access to your event space (parking, a table and enough room to set up) at the agreed arrival time.

We reserve the right to reschedule in the case of extreme weather, illness or circumstances outside our control. We'll always work with you to find a new date as soon as possible.

We collect the personal information you provide when booking or contacting us, such as your name, email, phone number and event address. This is used only to plan, deliver and follow up on your party, and to communicate with you about your booking.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the trusted providers we use to run our business, such as payment processing and scheduling tools, who only receive what they need to do their job.

Payment details are handled directly by our secure, encrypted checkout, we never see or store your full card details.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by getting in touch via our Contact page.

A $150 deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit is not refundable, it holds your date and turns away other bookings for that time.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Final headcount is confirmed 3 days before the event, extra guests added after this point are charged at the standard extra child rate.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event can have their deposit transferred to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit entirely.

If we need to cancel or reschedule for reasons on our end, we'll offer you a new date or a full refund of your deposit.
